The Owners

Brad and Lindsey have been involved in the hospitality industry for many years, they know it inside out and it shows at the Beach Stays properties. However now’s the time to take a step back and be a little less hands on, but before they do this they’ve made sure everything is how it should be.

New property Seasky is owned by Julie, someone we’ve known via the industry for several years now. She knows how a property should be kept and presented and ensures high standards are maintained at all times. What’s more she’s got a great sense of humour if you get to meet her.

Zenia Collection

We’re here to take the self catering market to new levels, to raise the bar by providing excellent personal service to guests and owners to create the experiences they desire. We carefully choose portfolios of properties to manage, those that are extra special, either by location, design, furnishings or uniqueness.

Dan and Sam’s collaborative thinking has been borne out of 14 years of managing many 5* properties with superb feedback all round. Now it’s time to broaden our horizons!

Beach Stays Praa Sands – The Properties

We love these coastal themed homes on the edge of the golden beach of Praa Sands. Overlooking the Atlantic each has been designed and fitted to maximise space, light and ease of use.

With parking, WiFi, great sea views, outside space and an open arms welcome to children and dogs we believe these are the best place to stay in Praa Sands.

Short breaks are available from November to March and if in doubt why not ask us? We’ll always consider it!
