The Detail

Bring your family and friends to this light and spacious beach house overlooking Praa Sands. With it’s iconic pod outside, all the essentials and luxuries you’d expect and all within a few meters of the beach.

Porthleven is a short hop away as is Prussia Cove and Marazion to the West, St Ives is just 20 minutes away and you are surrounded by amazing walks, beaches and countryside.

Living, dining kitchen area

Sliding french doors lead to the sun trap patio outside. Wood floors, open plan living space and a dining area for six make this a comfortable space for relaxing during your holiday.

It also has a woodburner, TV with Freesat and comfortable seating.

The fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and most importantly for the cook, good knives.

Master bedroom
King size bed and ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. The bedroom also has sea views and a TV with access to the patio outside through it’s own sliding doors.

A twin room that can also be used as a king on request.

Bedroom 3

Another twin room with zip and link beds, with a king size on request.

Bathroom
The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

Outside
A South facing patio and decking area with table, chairs and great sea views. The iconic pod is also here and a BBQ. Just beyond is access the beach and South West Coastal Path.
