Bodeeve is a remarkable property and is one of the most highly regarded in this South facing beachside village. Luxurious and well built, perfectly placed and the owners excellent taste shows. Bodeeve is only available from April to October and is not to be missed.

The Detail

As you arrive you can instantly see the view you’ll be admiring for the duration of your stay, far reaching sea views over Praa Sands and the Atlantic beyond.

As you enter the property you’ll note its high specification, a house of recent construction, Bodeeve has all the associated benefits.

Bodeeve is unlike any other holiday home we manage, it’s brimming with unique features such as a 6’6 Austrian Grand Piano, second sitting room, record player and Sky.

Living, kitchen and dining area
A large open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and stunning sea views. The kitchen has a microwave, gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine and a limited supply of pods will also be provided. The kitchen larder also has a range of spices and essentials.

Open the bi-fold doors and let the fresh air in, whether you are by the kitchen sink, dining area or sat on a sofa, you’ll be able to enjoy the frontline views. The large sofas are perfect to fall into and read a book or make the most of Sky, Netflix, Disney Plus or BT Sport.

One of the most eye catching details of this room is the Austrian Grand Piano, you are welcome to play.

Snug
A cosy room with a TV, record player and a sofa bed that can be made up on request. It’s a great room to get away from it all if you feel the need!

Bedroom One
Moving on upstairs the most impressive bedroom has far reaching sea views, a balcony and a large kingsize bed. We couldn’t think of a better place to be as the sun rises up over Rinsey head. The balcony has table and chairs and is a sun trap all day long.

Bedroom Two
An ensuite zip and link (can be made as a king or twins by request) bedroom located downstairs with plentiful storage and an ensuite with a shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rails.

Bedroom Three
A double bedroom with views over fields to the rear of the property. Beautiful original art and plenty of storage.

Bathroom
Stylish and contemporary the family bathroom is very spacious. With a large shower, separate bath and heated towel rails.

Utility Room
As you enter Bodeeve you’ll see the utility room, a great space for leaving shoes. It also has a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside
A South facing patio and decking area with table, chairs and great sea views. You’ll also be able to enjoy the garden immediately in front of the house which is laid with lawn and flower beds. There is a BBQ you are welcome to use.

The SW Coast Path runs a long the drive way towards Kenneggy and Prussia Cove, it’s a really pleasant walk to these ancient smugglers coves.

We kindly ask guests to remove their shoes inside the property.
No smoking on the property.
There are three rooms that will be locked on arrival. These are not included in the above description.
A handful of cupboards in the property are locked.
Please be aware Praa Sands has limited phone signal besides Vodafone. If your network allows WiFi calling may be possible via the internet connection.
