The Detail

This is a perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts as well. Praa Sands offers excellent surf facilities plus there is also windsurfing and sea kayaking to be enjoyed as well. during the summer months the beach is life guarded so it makes for a safe place for children to enjoy the water as well.

Living, dining kitchen area
Enjoying some of the best views of the house this open plan space has all you need for a beachside holiday. The living room has a wood burner (and some wood), sofa and armchair and a Smart TV. The dining area has seating for six.

The fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and most importantly for the cook, good knives.

Master bedroom
Kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. The bedroom also has a TV.

Bedroom 2
A twin room or can be made as a zip and link double bed

Bathroom
The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin.

Outside
A South facing patio and decking area with table, chairs and great sea views. Just beyond is access the beach and South West Coastal Path.
