Location, location, location, The Rockpool definitely has it. Meters from the infamous South West Coast Path, amazing views and a few steps from one of Cornwall’s best beaches.

Outdoor lovers will be in their element with an array of watersports and walks and a patio which acts as a sun trap. Cook up a storm with the BBQ or warm up in winter by the woodburner, The Rockpool can be your haven.

Living, dining kitchen area

The views from in here are superb, sit back on the sofa and gaze down Praa Sands beach, watching the surfers, kayakers and sea swimmers. The open plan living area benefits from a wood burner, TV with Freesat and comfortable seating.

The fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, washer dryer and most importantly for the cook, good knives. The appliances are integrated to keep a clean look and there is a good selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
